Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the specific needs and challenges of clients.
\n
• Provide individualized therapy to clients, tailoring approaches to suit various modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
\n
• Facilitate couples, family, and group therapy sessions that promote communication, conflict resolution, and emotional understanding.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique situation, ensuring progress is regularly monitored and adjustments are made as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss case management, treatment approaches, and receive feedback to enhance your therapeutic skills.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to optimize care, facilitating referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who may be experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling (LPC), Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or a related field.

• Active and valid licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with clients.

• A commitment to cultural competency, with a demonstrated understanding and respect for diversity in client backgrounds and experiences.

Preferred Experience\n

While newly licensed therapists are encouraged to apply, candidates with a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in providing therapy to individuals faced with mental and behavioral health challenges will be strongly considered. Experience in co-occurring disorder treatment, family therapy, or substance abuse treatment is highly valued.
