Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for clients in distress, using telehealth tools to conduct sessions seamlessly.

• Actively engage with interdisciplinary teams, including law enforcement and first responders, during crisis situations to ensure clients receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Lead the mobile crisis response team as needed, providing clinical oversight and guidance to junior team members in delivering acute therapeutic support.
\n
• Perform thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs, formalizing treatment plans that align with identified goals and outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to additional community resources for placement, case management, and aftercare tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain updated knowledge of local resources and services that can enhance client care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, some of whom may be experiencing acute mental health crises. Your role is pivotal in addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Your empathy and understanding will help foster a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, and active license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical settings, particularly with an emphasis on telehealth delivery models.

• Exceptional clinical judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

• Strong knowledge of adolescence and mental health, particularly regarding co-occurring disorders.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving mental health landscape.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience leading crisis interventions or similar clinical supervisory roles is desirable.

• Strong familiarity with telehealth systems and the effective implementation of remote therapy.
