Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Assessing and evaluating clients’ psychological states through comprehensive intake interviews and standardized assessment tools.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Ability to pass a background check and provide necessary clearances.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be viewed favorably. Previous experience in remote therapy practice is also a plus, as it demonstrates adaptability to virtual counseling settings.
