This role will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, providing the flexibility to engage with clients from the comfort and convenience of your own home or chosen workspace. Despite the remote nature of the position, you will be an integral part of our supportive team, participating in regular virtual meetings, training sessions, and collaborative care planning to ensure our clients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized counseling services to clients, addressing their mental health needs in accordance with established best practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary care teams to assess client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.

• Develop individualized care strategies, including follow-up plans tailored to each client's goals and progress.

• Engage with the community by representing our organization at events and workshops, building relationships that extend beyond the therapy office.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health disorders. You will develop therapeutic alliances with clients from various backgrounds, understanding that each individual's journey in mental health is unique. Your expertise will be vital in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts and feelings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
