Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide counseling during scheduled appointments via video chat, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Encourage clients to delve into their emotions and life experiences, facilitating open dialogue to promote therapeutic growth.

• Guide clients in setting achievable therapeutic goals, assessing their needs and tailoring your approach to support their journey effectively.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery and work with clients to develop strategies to overcome these challenges.

• Advise on and teach healthy coping mechanisms to help clients manage stress and anxiety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable adult clients with low acuity needs, many of whom are seeking support to navigate life's transitions, such as stress management or relationship issues. All clients are rigorously screened before entering the platform, ensuring a focused and respectful client-therapist relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
\n
• Must possess a current, independent LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license; note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses, nor candidates with any disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are required to effectively engage with clients.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor are crucial for establishing rapport with clients.
