Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions online, utilizing evidence-based methods tailored to the needs and preferences of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health discipline.

• Active license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals, groups, or families.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing rapport with clients from various cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

• Commitment to providing culturally responsive and affirming care to all clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems.

• Familiarity with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
