Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood and anxiety disorders.

• Monitor and assess client progress regularly, adapting the treatment plans based on their evolving needs and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will focus on individuals dealing primarily with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring you to utilize your strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust, while delivering personalized care that acknowledges their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Proven proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques for mood disorders.

• Understanding of psychopharmacology and experience working in collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical team members.
