Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and utilize evidence-based practices to formulate individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Implement various therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to empower clients in their journey toward healing.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of clinical notes, adhering strictly to HIPAA and other applicable regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment plans.

• Participate in case consultations and regular peer review meetings to engage in continuous professional development and improve client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, equipping them with knowledge to better manage their circumstances.

• Continuously seek up-to-date research and trends in mental health to incorporate best practices into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population includes individuals from diverse backgrounds who experience a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma-related disorders. As a licensed counselor, you will work with clients from various demographics, providing culturally competent care and fostering an inclusive environment that respects individual differences and promotes healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that promote the establishment of therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills to navigate complex case scenarios.

Preferred Experience\n
