Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed initial assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs and concerns.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions, applying techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant methodologies.

• Regularly establish therapeutic goals in consultation with clients and monitor progress over the course of treatment through structured follow-ups and feedback sessions.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or those facing barriers to in-person visits, thereby ensuring continuous support and accessibility.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of each session, adhering to ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational protocols.

• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enrich your clinical skills and stay current with emerging practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse range of clients dealing with various mental health conditions including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a broad demographic, tailoring interventions to fit the unique cultural and personal narratives of each client, and ultimately helping them enhance their emotional resilience and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid and current license to practice as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or hold a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Exhibit a high level of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward clients' personal experiences.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills that enable efficient management of caseloads and administrative responsibilities.
