Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, utilizing diagnostic screening tools and interviews to identify presenting issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs, goals, and preferences, integrating evidence-based approaches and therapeutic modalities.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, employing culturally responsive techniques to foster an inclusive therapeutic environment.

• Monitor clients’ progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or support groups, to ensure holistic care.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress in the EHR system to maintain accurate client records and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery.

• Engage in continuous learning opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, trauma-related conditions, and eating disorders. Your experience and understanding of diverse client backgrounds will be crucial in providing effective care and building trustful, therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
\n
• At least four years of related clinical experience providing mental health services.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills paired with the ability to maintain composure in high-stress scenarios.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven record of establishing rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and a strong aptitude for using technology in clinical practice.

• Commitment to ethical practice, maintaining confidentiality, and professional boundaries.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
