Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs.

• Provide individually tailored therapeutic interventions to help clients develop coping mechanisms and communication skills.

• Facilitate skill-building activities and therapeutic sessions focused on improving daily living skills and managing symptoms.

• Support caregivers and families by enhancing their understanding of developmental issues and effective caregiving techniques.

• Ensure that all client interactions and documentation observe the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be individuals aged 18 and above who may experience difficulties in achieving community stability due to various mental health concerns. You will assist clients in enhancing their independence, community involvement, and personal growth through tailored interventions and ongoing support.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record on your license.
\n
• Proficiency in computer usage, including telehealth software and electronic health record systems.
\n
• A reliable internet connection capable of supporting teletherapy sessions.
\n
