This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our telehealth service platform is user-friendly, enabling a seamless connection between therapists and clients. You will work from Monday to Friday, with sessions scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, ensuring that you have a consistent structure throughout your workweek.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their mental health needs and to develop tailored treatment plans that facilitate positive outcomes.

• Provide both one-on-one and group therapy utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), adapting therapeutic approaches to suit individual client requirements.

• Guide clients in managing PTSD and emotional difficulties, creating a safe and supportive environment for open discussion and growth.

• Coordinate care effectively by referring clients to external resources, such as psychiatric services or support groups, when appropriate.

• Maintain precise documentation and client records in compliance with ICD-9 standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

• Engage in collaborative consultations with a team of professionals, sharing insights to enhance the therapeutic process and improve the quality of care provided.

• Facilitate family counseling sessions aimed at strengthening relationships and improving communication within family units.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The licensed mental health counselor will primarily serve a diverse client base, addressing various mental health issues including, but not limited to, PTSD, anxiety disorders, relationship challenges, and emotional struggles. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
