Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students pursuing clinical licensure, nurturing their development and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

• Deliver comprehensive psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with clients to develop and implement effective treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Engage in regular consultation with other healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate care and optimize client outcomes.

• Stay current with mental health trends, research, and best practices to continually enhance the quality of therapy services provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse client populations that may include individuals grappling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A valid state license as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• Professional liability insurance is a requirement for practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of clinical experience providing individual and group therapy.

• Experience supervising practicum students or interns in a clinical setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 65,000 to 130,000 annually, with the potential for uncapped earnings.
