Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys with empathy and skill.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records for all clients in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, attending case consultations, and contributing to treatment team discussions.

• Engage in regular peer review meetings and case discussions to elevate the standard of care we deliver, continuously adapting to advancements in the field.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available resources, equipping them with the knowledge necessary for navigating their journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.
