Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing a combination of clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.

• A profound understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations.

• Proficient in crisis intervention and management, with the ability to maintain composure under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing rapport with patients and interdisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and necessary computer applications.

Preferred Experience\n
