Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools to understand their individual circumstances.

• Create personalized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based methodologies that align with the approved therapeutic goals of each client.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans and strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs, workshops, and peer supervision to keep current with trends in mental health treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers, medical staff, and community providers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients may experience issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use disorders. By utilizing culturally competent therapeutic practices, you will help clients find pathways to improved mental health and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.

• At least two years of direct experience in mental health services, providing therapy and counseling to diverse populations.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems is strongly preferred, enhancing efficiency in case documentation and management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
