Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families from various backgrounds. You will help guide clients with different mental health challenges, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and substance use issues. Your role is pivotal in helping these patients navigate their emotional difficulties and achieve stability and wellness proactively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of California.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; however, a graduate degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
