Our operational hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, providing structure while also accommodating the needs of diverse client schedules. Your work will not only be focused on individual therapy but also on collaborative practices within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges and develop personalized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based methodologies.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide effective interventions for clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and protection of client information while promoting quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
