Key Responsibilities\n

• Evaluate and diagnose a diverse array of psychosocial conditions and challenges through meticulous assessments, utilizing advanced clinical social work competencies to assist patients and their families in overcoming barriers to optimal psychosocial functioning.

• Develop, implement, and regularly assess treatment plans based on individual patient needs, employing evidence-based practices tailored to facilitate recovery and improve mental health outcomes.

• Conduct bio-psychosocial evaluations to identify treatment barriers, resulting in enhanced patient health status and streamlined resource utilization.

• Provide comprehensive consultations to medical and support staff, ensuring a well-integrated care approach that bolsters treatment compliance and improves overall patient satisfaction.

• Document all social work activities precisely in patients' medical records, following departmental standards for frequency and content, to maintain continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
