Work Environment\n

This position offers flexibility as it allows you to work remotely, providing you the ability to maintain a work-life balance while effectively supporting our patients. You will engage in a structured work schedule—typically Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM—with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that evaluate psychological well-being, guiding the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing emotional and psychological concerns, focusing on personal growth and development of coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure effective, integrated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, maintaining composure and effectiveness during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and vital community resources.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation, adhering to legal and ethical regulations to ensure compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will cater to a diverse clientele encompassing individuals with a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in Maryland.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven capability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant digital tools.

• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries while working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
