Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health using evidence-based tools and methodologies, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual cultural and psychological needs.

• Monitor and evaluate the ongoing progress of patients, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes based on the defined mental health diagnoses.

• Prepare detailed and accurate treatment records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulatory standards and fostering transparent communication within the care team.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their support systems to co-create comprehensive treatment strategies, incorporating feedback and adjustments aligned with the therapeutic goals.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to discussions about patient care, safety strategies, and symptom management, and actively participate in shared decision-making processes.

Qualifications\n
