Work Environment\n

This position offers the unique advantage of a remote work setting, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while still engaging deeply with patients. Our clinic operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we understand that some flexibility may be required to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs, ensuring that all care plans are tailored to individual circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address common mental health issues and encourage community support.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to provide coordinated care and treatment.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, offering immediate assistance and safety planning for affected individuals.
\n
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and confidential records according to legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development to remain informed about best practices and new research in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will be working with a diverse patient population including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and effective therapeutic approaches.

• Documented ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create actionable treatment plans.

• Proven experience providing both individual and group therapy to a diverse range of clients.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with patients.

• Sound judgment with a strong commitment to ethical practice and professionalism.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
