Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at BWL Mental Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, and collaboratively developing effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients, whether they are facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other emotional challenges.

• Setting therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring their progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offering teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, addressing accessibility issues while expanding your reach to help more individuals.

• Maintaining precise and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to fulfill ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance your clinical skills, which includes attending training seminars, workshops, and conferences in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must:

• Hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).

• Possess a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
