Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized assessments through comprehensive psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine client needs.

• Collaborate closely with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during one-on-one, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries per clinic policy and regulatory standards.

• Offer psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with knowledge and tools to effectively manage mental health concerns.

• Engage as a part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and adjust plans as necessary to optimize efficacy and client satisfaction.

• Stay current on the latest research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health, applying this knowledge to improve clinical practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW in the state of Kansas.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $84,000, commensurate with experience, educational background, and geographic location.
