This position operates in a fully remote setting, providing flexibility to both counselors and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, enabling accurate clinical diagnoses and tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using empirically-supported therapeutic modalities suited to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and assessment outcomes, in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of client wellness.

• Advocate for clients by educating them and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available resources within the community.

• Commit to continuous professional development by participating in ongoing training, workshops, and networking opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele may include a diverse range of individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will engage with clients of all ages and backgrounds, employing a compassionate approach that respects their individual experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current license as a Mental Health Therapist in any capacity such as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.

• Completion of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate effective relationships with clients and coworkers.

• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team-based environment.

• Commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining client confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
