Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs and goals.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic tools.

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds and those experiencing differing mental health challenges. Your work will primarily focus on adults seeking help for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychiatric conditions. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, or be eligible for such licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
