Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to identify treatment needs.
\n
• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs and goals of each patient.
\n
• Accurately complete billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within designated timeframes.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis management plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to facilitate patient stability and recovery.
\n
• Create detailed discharge plans to ensure seamless transitions for patients exiting therapeutic care.
\n
• Adhere to all applicable federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Engage actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster a collaborative team environment.
\n
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to uphold compliance and certification standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prioritize delivering care that is culturally competent and tailored to each unique situation, addressing both clinical and social determinants of health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that meets licensing requirements.

• You must hold an active license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling or virtual therapy sessions is highly desirable.

• A background in working with multicultural populations or in community mental health settings is a plus.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage patient documentation effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your licensure and experience.
