Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create actionable treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress or mental health emergencies, ensuring appropriate care and follow-up.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to ethical and legal standards to support clinical decision-making.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
