Work Environment\n

This role is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a critical connection with our patients through telehealth technology. A typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours to accommodate varying patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor individualized treatment plans that honor each patient’s unique experience.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to clients' cultural backgrounds and personal narratives.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adeptly addressing a range of mental health issues while fostering resilience and well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists and psychologists to provide holistic and cohesive care plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
