Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver clinical services through telehealth, including the development and implementation of personalized, recovery-oriented treatment plans.

• Regularly assess clients’ treatment needs and adjust care plans as necessary to align with their evolving goals.

• Collaborate on the creation, monitoring, and updating of individual service plans to ensure each client receives appropriate interventions.

• Guide clients in cultivating coping strategies, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills through skill-building activities.

• Educate clients about available community resources and actively advocate for their access to these vital services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adults experiencing mental health challenges that hinder their ability to maintain stability in their personal lives and communities. By fostering therapeutic relationships and facilitating their journey toward recovery, you will be instrumental in helping clients develop techniques for daily living, manage symptoms, and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in the state of New Jersey as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
\n
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• Ability to practice independently without supervision and a clean disciplinary record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a genuine empathetic nature.

• Proficiency in using digital health tools and a reliable internet connection for efficient remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior clinical experience delivering psychotherapy and counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
