Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to determine each client's unique mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that address their specific challenges and goals.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's mental health are being addressed.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with all regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n
