Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, using structured interviews and standardized tools to diagnose mental health issues and inform personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver effective individual therapy sessions, employing a range of evidence-based approaches—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices—to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in New Jersey.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
