Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns, informing baseline treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrable experience and or specialized training in mental health counseling, with a strong grasp of interventions for a wide array of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills that enable the establishment of trust and rapport, vital for client motivation and engagement.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
