Rise and Recover Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, to join our compassionate team in Oakland, California. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient sessions and emergencies as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient's experiences and backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, tailor-fit to patients, and consider their unique cultural and personal contexts.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, aimed at addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall well-being.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that patients receive coordinated, comprehensive care, sharing insights and recommendations based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, using de-escalation techniques and safety planning strategies.

• Educate patients and their families about various mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local community resources that can assist in their journeys toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, including patient progress notes and treatment plans.

• Participate actively in case conferences and team meetings to discuss patient care, outcomes, and cultural competency training opportunities.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and cultural considerations relevant to mental health therapy and treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
