Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse adults and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, complemented by proven assessment and planning skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
