Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through video conferencing and, when appropriate, in-person meetings to engage with clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with stable adult clients who have undergone pre-screening to ensure they present with low acuity mental health concerns. This position intentionally excludes severe mental health cases, allowing you to focus on individuals who are seeking support for manageable challenges. We will match you with clients based on your individual specializations and preferences, ensuring a rewarding therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a mental health professional (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW).

• Strong clinical skills, along with the ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to clients' specific needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
