Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, applying modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy that cater to diverse client backgrounds.

• Help clients cultivate new coping strategies, problem-solving skills, and effective communication methods through therapeutic exercises.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups that promote discussion on common mental health concerns, fostering community support and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proven experience or expertise working with multicultural populations and delivering culturally competent mental health services.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a capacity for empathizing and establishing rapport with clients.

• Proficient in using technology for teletherapy and documentation; familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
