Work Environment\n

This position operates entirely remotely, allowing you the flexibility to provide care from your own home or preferred location. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential flexibility based on patient needs and clinic requirements. As part of our telehealth team, you will utilize innovative digital platforms to connect with clients, ensuring they receive uninterrupted support and therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.
