Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, analyzing their concerns to develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals, systematically monitoring and documenting their progress throughout the treatment duration.

• Offer teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or those who face accessibility challenges, ensuring all clients receive necessary support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge of emerging practices in the mental health field.

You will be working with a diverse demographic, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid license in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a safe, trusting therapeutic environment for clients.

• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Proficient organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a caseload and administrative duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable.

• Proficiency in telehealth practices and experience using teletherapy platforms to connect with clients.

• Specialization in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based treatment modalities would be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
