Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment interventions, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established evidence-based practices, adapting therapeutic techniques to suit diverse client backgrounds.

• Stay informed about the latest research and emerging best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to coordinate care and optimize client well-being.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer consultation to foster professional growth and ensure the provision of effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. This includes individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. You will employ culturally sensitive approaches to ensure that therapy is relevant and effective for each client.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or equivalent is essential.

• At least two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably in telehealth.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, exhibiting strong interpersonal skills.

• Capability to engage independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
