Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health concerns.

• Facilitate engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions, creating a supportive atmosphere for clients to explore their feelings.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• An active and valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience in a mental health setting, providing direct clinical care.

• Strong understanding of record-keeping procedures associated with client treatment and progress documentation.

• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to insured transportation, as you may occasionally conduct in-person sessions or client assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with telehealth therapy platforms and virtual client engagement techniques.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR, particularly in a remote setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
