Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and relational therapies based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Support clients through various life challenges by providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Stay informed about the latest therapeutic strategies and contribute to team discussions on best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and agencies when necessary to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss clinical cases, receive peer feedback, and improve service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and registration with CAQH is mandatory.
