Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns thoroughly, which inform effective treatment planning and intervention strategies.

  Provide teletherapy options, accommodating clients who prefer virtual sessions or face barriers to in-person visits, thereby increasing access to vital mental health services.

  Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment processes, upholding the highest ethical and regulatory standards.

  Engage in regular professional development activities to refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse clientele facing various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related disorders. As a mental health counselor, you will facilitate recovery and personal growth for individuals seeking support in their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

  A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
