Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' histories, needs, and treatment goals, ensuring personalized care plans are developed.

• Implement individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients experiencing similar challenges, creating a supportive environment for shared experiences.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring accuracy and client confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
