Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients’ mental health concerns. Use these evaluations to develop customized treatment plans aligned with clients’ unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated care, ensuring clients' mental health challenges are addressed comprehensively.

• Educate clients’ families to foster understanding and involvement in the treatment process, thereby enhancing the clients’ support system.

• Maintain diligent documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans to comply with privacy regulations and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) as per Arizona state regulations.
