This position is fully remote, allowing licensed counselors to work from any location while still being an integral part of our outpatient office team in Mesa, Arizona. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages, ensuring appropriate therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments that allow for a deep understanding of each client's strengths, challenges, and treatment goals.

• Creating evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with clients, implementing diverse therapeutic frameworks and techniques that promote personal growth and resilience.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including nurses, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele typically presents with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure to practice independently in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, with no provisional or limited licenses.
