Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting clients’ mental health.

• Provide individual therapy sessions (both in-person and via teletherapy) utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to comply with ethical standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
