Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider each client’s unique situation, cultural background, and specific needs to establish personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide individual and group therapy, adapting approaches to suit various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and ADHD.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that effectively address complex client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, utilizing your clinical knowledge and compassionate approach to assist clients in distress during emergency situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a valid and independent license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering rapport with clients to build strong therapeutic alliances.

• Demonstrate cultural competence to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, understanding their unique backgrounds and experiences.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation and adhere to compliance standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
