This remote position allows for an ideal work-life balance while engaging in meaningful work during standard business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, specifically related to mood disorders, ensuring an accurate understanding of the severity and impact of symptoms.

• Partner with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and specific needs, ensuring an inclusive approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to treatment for mood disorders.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment strategies, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs and outcomes.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated services that address both psychological and medical aspects of care.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mood disorder treatment and reflect this knowledge in your therapeutic practices.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client sessions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development initiatives to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with clients who are coping with various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. You will engage with a wide array of individuals from unique backgrounds, each with their own context and experiences regarding mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly in the context of mood disorders.

• A strong foundation in psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists and medical staff.

• A proven ability to achieve positive client outcomes in the management and treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
