Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide various therapeutic services—including individual, group, and family therapy—tailored to address specific mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and stress management.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to create comprehensive care strategies, ensuring all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress, using established protocols to stabilize their conditions and connect them to ongoing support as needed.

• Engage in community outreach to raise awareness about mental health resources, fostering understanding and support within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. We place a strong emphasis on cultural competence, recognizing that understanding diverse cultural perspectives is critical to providing effective mental health services. Our therapist is expected to build rapport and trust, allowing for meaningful therapeutic relationships that inspire hope and recovery in our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage with clients and their families constructively and empathically.

• A proven track record of displaying cultural sensitivity and competence to effectively serve a diverse clientele.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with applicable regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience working in a mental health setting is strongly preferred.
